Spirulina workout smoothie

I like to enjoy this smoothie before a workout. Spirulina is incredibly high in protein and iron, vitamins and nutrients – essential for muscle building and repair, immune boosting and helps remove toxins from the blood. It can also help increase fat burning during exercise. 

Always choose a good quality organic spirulina, without additives


  • frozen mango
  • frozen banana
  • handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 & 1/2 cups coconut milk

Blitz in a blender until smooth.
