It is time to live your best self, today. Don’t put off your happiness for the future. The only time is now. The future doesn’t exist.

The new year may have sparked a desire to change aspects of your life that you may feel are not serving you – or you want to spice things up a little…you may be feeling bored, or in a rut.

There are probably a number of positive lifestyle changes that you have been telling yourself that you want to make. Are you feeling motivated to eat better, exercise more, meditate, have more fun or to just make more time for you?

Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when you want to transform many things at once.

Lifestyle change is a process that requires inspiration, motivation, time and support. With all the self help available on social media, blogs, groups etc – there are many ways to connect with like-minded people to share experiences and gain advice from experts in the field.

Perhaps we consider the idea – an evolution, not resolution.

Keep your goals sustainable and ensure they are inline with your highest good, health & well-being.

Make small changes. See how they feel on you. Let them serve your health. Concentrate on being healthy, not achieving a dress size.

Instead of concentrating on calories, focus on quality, whole, organic and nutritious dense foods.

Set up a Pinterest board with goals, tools, healthy recipes, exercise and motivating initiative.

Embrace and do more of what you love.

What ever you choose, do it fully, with passion and with enthusiasm.

Let go of what no longer serves you. Put the past behind you – it no longer exists. Let go of old emotions and behaviours that cause you unhappiness or pain. This does not serve you, or achieve anything positive.

Get educated and learn new skills. Ignite your interest and discover your PURPOSE.

Reward yourself. Nourish your soul on a regular basis.

Choose your thoughts with care, after all – they shape your world!

Love yourself through the process and be kind to YOU. Speak to yourself as you would your best friend. Love begins with yourself.

Make the driving force in your life, be love.
