Choc Peppermint Truffles (RAW, Vegan)

I made these little babies up recently as I had a couple of girlfriends coming over for afternoon tea.
An indulgent bite sized treat when you are feeling like a little something something. Perfect also for the month of love, February.

YOU WILL NEED:

1 cup dates (deseeded)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut
1/4 cup raw almonds
2 tbsp organic raw cacao powder
1 drop raw organic peppermint oil
1 tsp filtered water
1 tsp agave

Two Steps:

1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor until the mixture comes together.

2. Roll into bite size balls.

Too easy!
