Sweet Potato Crisps | Dehydrated (VEGAN)

I have a huge LOVE for sweet potatoes. These crisps are unprocessed, nutritious and made with love. Such intense flavour! The hard part is waiting for them!!

YOU WILL NEED:

1 large sweet potato peeled & sliced very thinly (use a mandolin for that perfect cut)
2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika

Method:

Pat dry the sweet potato with paper towel.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to coat.

Layer in a dehydrator (ensure the slices are not touching one another) and dehydrate for 6 hours or until crisp. Dehydrating time is variant with different models and of course the thickness of your potatoes.

Store in an airtight container.

*You can always add beets and parsnips to the mix for veggie chips.
