The most prominent theme I have noticed with clients during recent interactions is an inner desire to change aspects of their life that they feel is no longer serving them. Wishing to make some positive lifestyle changes and basically re-invent who they are (the truth is, they are seeking to connect with who they really are on a soul level).

There are probably a number of positive lifestyle changes that you have been telling yourself that you want to make. Are you feeling motivated to eat better, exercise more, meditate, be more positive, start a business doing what you love, have more fun, make more time for you, or to perhaps just live the life you really want?

Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when you want to transform many things at once.

Lifestyle change is a process that requires inspiration, motivation, dedication, time an d support. With all the self help available on social media, blogs, groups etc – there are many ways to connect with like-minded people to share experiences and gain advice from experts in the field. But the truth of the matter is, that you have that wisdom within, waiting to be tapped into. You are already who you want to be. Make the connection.

Consider it an evolution. Make the changes in small increments. See how they feel on you. Let them serve your health. Gradual changes require resonance, allowing you to connect with that deeper inner knowing, thus calibrating your frequency with the “upgraded” you.

Keep your goals sustainable and ensure that they are in line with your highest good, health and wellbeing.

Eating well is a form of self respect.

Fuel your body with the highest vibrational food. Instead of concentrating on calories, focus on quality, whole, organic and nutritionally dense foods. Concentrate on being healthier, not a clothing size.

Set up a Pinterest board with goals, tools, healthy recipes, exercise and motivating initiative. Create a soul vision board plastered with positive and inspirational quotes, words and visions. Set it somewhere you will see everyday, to give you the inspiration you need.

Slow down. Live in the moment.

Let go of what no longer serves you. Put the past behind you – it no longer exists. You only have here and now. Let go of old emotions and behaviours that cause you unhappiness or pain. Expending energy in these areas only drains you, and does not achieve anything positive. You deserve better. You deserve the best.

Care less of what others think of you. This is your life. Not theirs. They do not know what is best for you. You do, trust that.

Follow the guidance from within, not without.

Follow your heart, not your head.

Embrace and do more of what you love.

Love who you are, you are uniquely beautiful – with something big to offer this world!

What ever you choose, do it fully, with passion, with love, and with enthusiasm.
